Pale straw yellow colour. On the nose wine showes complex aroma with notes of stone fruit, almond, hrbs, fresh fennel, with a hint of flinty minerality, saltiness and spice like white pepper. Dry and full bodied, with a creamy texture. Elegant and long on the finish.

The parcel name is «Salanques» and is located 2 km from Poboleda village, 575 m above the sea level and the soil is compose on a black slate soil -«Llicorella». Macabeo vines were planted in 1980, and Garnatxa Blanca and Pedro Ximenez in 1962. The viticulture is organic.
